It has been a pretty long time since I photographed any kiddos but my neighbor Karen and her friend Tracy asked me to do a session with them and their daughters and I thought it would be fun to try out my skills once more. It was a great time but I forgot how much work it is to photograph kids! Way back in the day I was a manager at a children’s and family portrait studio and it brought back memories – what an exhausting and backbreaking job! We started in my house for a few setups and then moved outside to a field near my house. I think it worked out great and Emily and Izzy are just too cute!
