alison and peter : austin wedding photography

I had the honor to second shoot with my good friend Diana Lott this past weekend in Houston! It’s a very rare occasion that I am able to be a second shooter, and what a fabulous wedding to get to do so on! Alison and Peter are such a kind, sweet couple and I really enjoyed meeting them and capturing their photos. They were totally trusting of Diana and I as we got real creative, or tried to, with their portraits. They did not all work out great, but we had fun trying and we got some fun blooper shots! It’s always great to shoot with another photographer whose work you really admire, because it really got my creativity flowing and of course Diana and I, when we shoot together, are always competing for the best shot! The wedding was gorgeous and went off without a hitch thanks to the fabulous Kelly with Eventology. Kelly was a ton of fun to work with and I hope to get to work with her again soon! Also, I was excited to find out that one of my very favorite florists, who used to be in Georgetown, is now in Houston doing florals.
