Like so many of my awesome clients, Amy and Brett are New York residents but planned a really cool Texas wedding, complete with one of the most amazing sendoffs I have ever been able to photograph! Their family and friends were all lovely and had a great time dancing to their great band, The Klocks. Maria Morgan helped coordinate the event so it went off without a hitch, and Club Giraud was the fabulous location. Congrats Amy and Brett!

I knew after shooting Courtney and Steve’s modern engagement photos at the W Hotel Downtown that their wedding would be really cool – they are a super fun couple with great taste! I love photographing their colorful, modern wedding at Barton Creek Resort. Amy with Merveille did the fabulous florals and a shout out to my good friend and fabulous photographer Stacy for coming out to shoot with me! Hats off to Courtney and Steve – they are just completing the remodel of an amazing home and also planned a wedding for the duration – is there anything they can’t do?! Oh, and isn’t that the coolest cake ever (that Courtney designed!)?!! Congrats Courtney and Steve!

Stacy is one of my best friends and a photographer as well. She got married a few weeks ago (it was such a fun time!) and since I was a bridesmaid I regretfully couldn’t shoot her wedding. It was so pretty - I have photo regret! But, the talented Nichols were there to capture it all beautifully! So, my other friend Diana M Lott and I did an after session with Stacy, Adam, and their pups Jezebel, Rosco, and Squirrel! Here are my favs!

I’m gonna keep this short and sweet because I’m getting ready to head out for Stacy’s wedding (I’m a bridesmaid, not the photographer!) So excited to get to actually go to a wedding as a guest/participant

Laura and Jon are in short, awesome. I’ve known Laura since high school – Laura is good friends with another good friend of mine so when she asked me to photograph her wedding I was thrilled! Jon is such a great guy and they are totally meant for one another. Their wedding was so pretty and Agave Real is a new amazing events venue in Katy, Texas (my hometown)! Congratulations Laura and Jon!!

Today I wanted to share my favorite shots from Erin and Michael’s intimate winter wedding – it was held at Erin’s parent’s amazing home in West Austin. Erin and Michael were a joy to photograph, and I loved the bold, dark colors for the wedding – they were perfect for the setting. And you can’t go wrong with a super cute flower girl and ring bearer – aren’t they the cutest? Congrats Erin and Michael!! (and big thanks for my good friend Stacy with SMS Photography for shooting with me!)

I love intimate winter weddings, and that is just how Emily and Laszlo celebrated their wedding. They held their ceremony on a lovely misty Friday evening at Laguna Gloria, and then a lovely intimate dinner with close family at Trio Four Seasons. Emily and Laszlo are both veterinarians (and met thru their profession) so we incorporated horses into a few of their portraits. Congrats Emily and Laszlo!

Michelle and Adrian have been such a joy to photograph – and I loved all of their personal touches at their wedding including the moustaches (fun!), cotton candy (yum!), and the hot sauce favors! And they were such good sports despite a bit of a cake mishap (yikes!). Congratulations Michelle and Adrian – wishing you a lifetime of happiness.

I’ve been looking forward to photographing Jen and Kyle’s wedding ever since I hung out with them for their engagement session. They are totally cute, totally in love, and so sweet together! Jen surprised Kyle with a serenade at the beginning of their reception! And their ceremony was a total tear jerker – even for me. Personal vows always make me cry!
